SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. All costumes are made to orders(Tailored in China). This usually takes 1 -2weeks(Halloween & Christmas & Chinese New Year might take over 2 weeks).

All Wigs are in stock(except back order wigs and Made to Order wigs). In stock Wig orders need 3-4 days(excluding weekends and Canada holidays)to process. "Made to Order" wigs need 2 weeks to process.

2. For cosplay costumes, we use express Shipping EMS which usually takes 3-6 days to North America & Europe(although this might vary because of courier delays & Customs clearances which are beyond our control). For rush orders, we might use UPS which is normally faster than EMS.

For cosplay wigs, we use Canada post to ship world wide.(4-12 days). Pls be aware that Canada Post doesn't guarantee on time deliveries for non-express shipping services. If you need Express Shipping Service, pls contact us in advance for the express shipping cost. You can choose one of several express shipping options(UPS, Canada Post) which depends on your shipping destination and wig's style. Our email address is: info@cosplaystation.ca

3. Your package's tracking number(for express shipping services) will be provided to you once it has been shipped.

4. Buyer also assumes responsibility for any applicable regional tariffs or fees.

PAYMENT METHOD

All Cosplay products are listed in USD. We accept Paypal(credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal balance) & Money Orders.

Our Paypal account is : cosplaystation@gmail.com. All payments(except Money Orders)will be processed via Paypal and Yahoo secured check out sites. We don't access any your banking and credit card information.

If you want to use your own measurements to make your costume, it will be free of charge. But, for sizes over 3XL, we will charge 20% for the extra material and shipping cost. Pls refer to "Measuring Guide" to do your measuremetns.

REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

1. During Halloween & Christmas, we do not accept returns because every costume is custom made. All sales are final, and we will only accept returns under extraordinary circumstances(such as defective merchandise and incorrect shipments) during other times of the year.

2. There is NO REFUND OF MONEY - only Exchange for other merchandise.

3. Pls return the goods or summit the exchange requests within 7 days of receipt.

4. 20% restock fees are applied to calculate exchange value and buyers are responsible for shipping costs. For return and exchanges caused by defective merchandise, there is no charge and we pay for shipping costs.

5. The cancellation must be submitted to us before we start to make your order.

Q1.Why are your cosplay costumes more expensive than most Halloween costumes?

Answer 1: Because we only choose the best quality material and every costume/prestyled wig is hand-maded by our professional tailors and hairstylists.

Q2.What payment methods do you accept?

Answer 2:

1. We can accept all major credit cards, debit cards, echecks and money orders.

2. Credit card or debit card payments are all processed by PAYPAL/Yahoo at their secure websites and we do not have access to your card/banking information.

4. If you want to pay by a money order, just print out the first page of your shopping cart(pls make sure you choose a shipping method and apply the shipping cost to the order), then mail it in with a money order.

Q4.How much is the shipping cost?

Answer 4:

1. For cosplay costumes, we normally use Post Office International Expedited Shipping Services(takes 3-6 days). The shipping cost is $35-$45 (The cost depends on the weight of a costume) from China to North America, Europe, Australia.

2. For cosplay wigs, we use Canada Post to ship world wide. For wigs shipped in large bubble envelops, the shipping charge is $10-$16( The cost depends on the shipping destination). For Prestyled wigs, they will be shipped in boxes to protect styles, and the shipping charge is $16-$26(The cost depends on the shipping destination).

Q5.If I want to custom-made my costume(with my own measurements), how do I measure myself and when should I send to you?

Answer 5:

1. Please refer to "Measuring Guide" for detailed instructions.

2. There are two ways you can send your measurements.

a) You take your measurement in advance, then Select Custom-made in the size options. While you check out your order, you copy and paste your measurements to the Customer's comments section which shown on the order check out page.

b) If you don't have your measurements ready, you can check out your order with the Custom-made selection, then send us an email later with your measurements. Normally, we always contact our costumers within 24 hours after we receive orders requiring confirmations of the costume size or measurements.

Q7.Do you take rush orders? How much does it cost? How long will it take? How do I send the payment for a rush order?

Answer 7:

1. Yes, we take rush orders. We charge $50-$100(Depends on the complication of making the costume and the shipping destination.) The order usually arrive the destination within 1 week.(Some exceptions may occurs: customs clearance and courier's flight delay.)

2. If you would like to place a rush order, please indicate the deadline of receiving your order in your Paypal note.

3. The payment of a rush order should be sent separately to our Paypal account: cosplaystation@gmail.com

Q9.How do I take care of my cosplay wig?

Answer 9:

1. Costume wigs arrive packed either in a bubble mailing envelope or a box(for prestyled ones). They are sometimes matted, and need to be brushed or slightly restyled before they can be used. Details refer to the wig caring instruction tags.

2. You need to use an extremely wide-tooth comb or wig brush to brush them. They are usually not usable right out of the bag.

3. For PRE-STYLED WIGS, we don't suggest you using comb/brush. Pls gently use hands to re-styled them with a little bit hair gel. The best way to keep your wig in the original shape is to put the wig on a mannequin head or a WIG STANDS(we have it in the store ) after you take it out from the mailing box.

4. Avoid putting the wig near heat. If it gets too hot, strands of hair will lose their straightness and begin to crinkle.

Q10.How do I wash my cosplay wig?

Answer 10:

If you wash your cosplay wig, please do not use a hair dryer to dry it. Instead, use a towel to absorb the water and then place it in an area with a good draught. Avoid placing it in the sun to dry. Wait until after the hair is completely dry before brushing it.

Q11.How to wear cosplay wigs?

Answer 11:

1. Our cosplay wigs are adjustable. Using the hooks/elastic inside on the wig lining, you can adjust the wig to get the best fit.

2. For the best look, try to put the wig in varies positions. For example, try wearing the wig forward a little bit, so it falls over your eyes. Or try pushing it back, so that more of your face is visible.

Q12.How to brush cosplay wigs?

Answer 12:

1. You should avoid brushing your cosplay wig with a plastic hair brush or comb. These can cause static electricity which will damage the wig’s hair.

2. When brushing your wig, first take a handful of hair in one hand, then start brushing downward from the bottom of the wig first. Then brush downward from the middle of the wig, and finally brush downward from the top all the way to the bottom of the wig. Remember not to treat your cosplay wig as real hair – DO NOT start brushing from the top to the bottom! Doing this will cause tangles no matter how good the material the wig is made from. If you do get tangles, you will have to cut them off with scissors.

Q13.How to visit your studio by subway and bus?

Answer 13:

1.Our studio is at: 272 Goldenwood Road, North York, ON M2M 4A6

2. From Finch Station, take the #42 Cummer Bus to Pineway Blvd.

3. After exiting the bus, cross Cummer and walk north on Pineway Blvd. At the bottom of the street you'll see a foot bridge. Cross the bridge. The street on the other side of the bridge is Goldenwood Rd. We are #272 Goldenwood Road, just across the street from the bridge.
