All Wigs are in stock(except back order wigs and Made to Order wigs). In stock Wig orders need 3-4 days(excluding weekends and Canada holidays)to process. "Made to Order" wigs need around 2-4 weeks to process. The schedule may be delayed during the busy season (Halloween, Christmas, and convention seasons).
2. For cosplay costumes, we use express Shipping EMS which usually takes 5-7 business days to North America & Europe(although this might vary because of courier delays & Customs clearances which are beyond our control). For rush orders, we might use UPS/DHL which is normally faster than EMS.
For cosplay wigs, we use Canada post to ship world wide.(4-12 days). Pls be aware that Canada Post doesn't guarantee on time deliveries for non-express shipping services. If you need Express Shipping Service, pls contact us in advance for the express shipping cost. 3. Your package's tracking number(for trackable and express shipping services) will be provided to you once it has been shipped.
4. Buyer also assumes responsibility for any applicable regional tariffs or fees.
Our Paypal account is : cosplaystation@gmail.com. All payments(except Money Orders)will be processed via Paypal and Yahoo secured check out sites. We don't access any your banking and credit card information.
If you want to use your own measurements to make your costume, it will be free of charge. But, for sizes over 3XL, we will charge 20% for the extra material and shipping cost. Pls refer to "Measuring Guide" to do your measuremetns.

2. There are two ways you can send your measurements.
a) You take your measurements in advance, then Select Custom-made in the size options. While you check out your order, you copy and paste your measurements to the Customer's "Comments" section which shown on the order check out page.
b) If you don't have your measurements ready, you can check out your order with the Custom-made selection, then send us an email later with your measurements. Normally, we always contact our costumers within 24 hours after we receive orders requiring confirmations of the costume size or measurements.

2. You need to use an extremely wide-tooth comb or wig brush to brush them. They are usually not usable right out of the bag.
3. For PRE-STYLED WIGS, we don't suggest you using comb/brush. Pls gently use hands to re-styled them with a little bit hair gel. The best way to keep your wig in the original shape is to put the wig on a mannequin head or a WIG STANDS(we have it in the store
) after you take it out from the mailing box.
4. Avoid putting the wig near heat. If it gets too hot, strands of hair will lose their straightness and begin to crinkle.
2. For the best look, try to put the wig in varies positions. For example, try wearing the wig forward a little bit, so it falls over your eyes. Or try pushing it back, so that more of your face is visible.
2. When brushing your wig, first take a handful of hair in one hand, then start brushing downward from the bottom of the wig first. Then brush downward from the middle of the wig, and finally brush downward from the top all the way to the bottom of the wig. Remember not to treat your cosplay wig as real hair – DO NOT start brushing from the top to the bottom! Doing this will cause tangles no matter how good the material the wig is made from. If you do get tangles, you will have to cut them off with scissors.

Answer 7: 1. Yes, we take rush orders. We charge $50-$100(Depends on the complication of making the costume and the shipping destination.) The order usually arrive the destination within 1 week.(Some exceptions may occurs: customs clearance and courier's flight delay.)2. Q9.How do I take care of my cosplay wig?
Answer 9: 1. Costume wigs arrive packed either in a bubble mailing envelope or a box(for prestyled ones). They are sometimes matted, and need to be brushed or slightly restyled before they can be used. Details refer to the wig caring instruction tags.2. You need to use an extremely wide-tooth comb or wig brush to brush them. They are usually not usable right out of the bag.

Answer 10: If you wash your cosplay wig, please do not use a hair dryer to dry it. Instead, use a towel to absorb the water and then place it in an area with a good draught. Avoid placing it in the sun to dry. Wait until after the hair is completely dry before brushing it.Back to FAQ
