The following SIZE CHARTS will help you decide which size you should choose.

. Neck: Measure around the base of your neck (the lowest point of the neck). Or measure a shirt with a collar from the center of the collar button to the far end of the button hole.

. Overarm(Shoulder Width): Measure width between two shoulder ends (at the joint where your arm meets your shoulder), taken at your back.

. Arm/Sleeve Length: Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure across your shoulder to your elbow, and down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.

. Chest (Men's): With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the highest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

. Bust (Women's): With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

. Shoulder to Waist: Measure from the tip of your shoulder down to your waist.

. Waist: Measure around your waist, in your underwear, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

. Hips: Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor

. Inseam: Select a pair of your best-fitting pants of a similar material. Measure from the crotch intersection to the bottom. The number of inches, to the nearest half-inch, is the inseam length

. Pants/Skirt Length: Measure from your waist to the length desired.
